Easter Party Paper Flower Decorations
Create a springtime feel at your next party by using paper flowers
to decorate. These flowers can be placed on twinkling lights and
placed down the center of the table like a runner or hung from a
deck or porch. You can also glue these flowers to the bottom of tea
light candles or attach them to the ends of toothpicks.

What you will need:
Tissue paper in pastel colors
Printed Template (found below)
White twist ties
Scissors
Pencil
Glue
Hole punch
Directions:
Cut out the template. Place multiple layers of tissue paper under
the template and trace and cut out the shape. I found that I could
do up to five pieces at the same time since tissue paper is so
thin. Punch a hole in the center of the flowers using the hole
punch. To attach the flowers to candles glue them to the bottom. To
attach the flowers to twinkling lights slip the light through the
hole in the center and use a twist tie to keep the flower on the
light. The idea for the toothpicks is the same. Put the toothpick
through the hole in the center and use the twist tie to keep the
flower from falling off.
